Bid conditions: All bids must be accompanied by bid security/earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid cost in the shape of a pay order; bids must be in Pakistani rupees. The Chairman Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules, 2010 (amended 2013). If a government holiday is declared on the opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
