NHA RFP: Feasibility Study & Detailed Design for Upgradation of Road Network in Gilgit-Baltistan

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Procurement & Contract Administration Section), Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultancy services to carry out a Techno-Economic Feasibility Study and Detailed Design for upgradation of selected road corridors in Gilgit-Baltistan to promote tourism.

Key eligibility and submission requirements: Consultants must be reputable Firms/Consultants registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid PEC registration and tax registration (NTN) with Federal Board of Revenue. Consultants shall submit proposals in accordance with the "Single Stage Two Envelopes" procedure. RFP documents are available for free download from NHA website. A non-refundable fee (pay order/bank draft) of PKR 1,000 is required for issuance of the hard copy of the RFP. Proposals are to be delivered to the NHA Procurement & Contract Administration (P&CA) office as specified in the RFP.

Pre-proposal conference and submission deadlines:

- Pre-Proposal Conference: 2016-06-16 at 1100 hours (NHA HQ Auditorium).

- Proposal submission deadline: 2016-06-30 at 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on 2016-06-30 at 1200 hours.
