NHA Tender: RFP for Feasibility Study & Detailed Design for Gilgit-Baltistan Road Upgradation (Tender No. 6(681))

Request for Proposals (RFP) for consultancy services to conduct techno-economic feasibility studies and prepare detailed designs for upgradation of selected road links in Gilgit-Baltistan to promote tourism.

Scope: The assignment covers feasibility and design for the following road sections (lengths in km):

Eligibility & key instructions: Reputable engineering consultants/organizations with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and relevant experience are invited to submit proposals. Consultants must be on the active tax payer lists as per Federal Board of Revenue rules. Detailed eligibility criteria, evaluation procedure and submission requirements are provided in the RFP.
