Pakistan Mint Lahore — Auction Notice for Disposal of Unserviceable/Scrap Items via EPADS

Issuer: Pakistan Mint, Ministry of Finance (Pakistan Mint Lahore). Purpose: Electronic auction for disposal of auctionable / unserviceable items on an "as is where is" basis via EPADS V2.0 under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024.

Eligibility & requirements: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List. This is a Single Stage One Envelope e-bidding procedure. Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS V2.0 on or before 2026-09-04 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened online the same day on 2026-09-04 at 10:30 AM. Participating bidders will be notified automatically by EPADS regarding preliminary results; final results will be notified as per the bidding documents.

Bid security: Prospective bidders shall submit Sealed Bid Security in the form of a CDR / Banker Cheque / Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, made in favour of the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore, and submitted before the bid closing time. Bids without original bid security, conditional bids, or bids with incomplete documentation will be rejected.
