Issuer: Pakistan Mint, Ministry of Finance (Pakistan Mint Lahore). Purpose: Electronic auction for disposal of auctionable / unserviceable items on an "as is, where is" basis.
Eligibility & requirements:
- Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be on the Active Taxpayer List.
- Electronic bidding only via EPADS V2.0: https://epads.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Prospective bidders must submit sealed Bid Security (CDR / Banker Cheque / Bank Guarantee) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, made payable to Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore, before the bid closing time; bids without original bid security will be rejected.
- Conditional bids or bids with incomplete documents will be rejected. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33(1).
