Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
Purpose: NEPRA is inviting written comments on proposed amendments to the Consumer Service Manual (CSM) regarding the multiple supplier arrangement framework and the shifting/switching of a Bulk Power Consumer (BPC) to the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) in the event of a Competitive Supplier's (CS) default, and vice versa.
Action required: All stakeholders, interested parties, and the general public are invited to submit written comments within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. The proposed amendments are available on NEPRA's website.
