PKLI&RC Rawalpindi — Invitation to Bid for HVAC Spares & Medical Gas Filling (Sep 2026)

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC), Rawalpindi. PKLI&RC invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities for the following procurement packages. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

How to apply / submit bids:

- Electronic submission: Bidders must submit e-bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement & Disposal System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk before the closing date/time.
- Bidders should consult the PPRA/PKLI websites for bidding documents and instructions; the PPRA website is available at https://www.ppra.org.pk.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost (in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee) as required must be uploaded on the e-procurement system and original/physically required documents should be submitted to the Administration Department, Ground Floor, PKLI & RC Rawalpindi where applicable.

Important notes:

- PKLI&RC may reject any or all bids as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
- Bids received after the closing time will not be considered. Official working hours for PKLI&RC procurement/office are indicated as 09:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday).
