Municipal Committee Chakwal Tender Notice for Development Schemes (Punjab e-Procurement)

Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for the following development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System). Technical Sanction No. 341/MOI-MCR dated 2026-08-29.

Key Information:

- Procurement procedure: Single Stage – One Envelope via Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) only.

- Eligibility: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities (including FBR, PRA) and the Punjab e-Procurement System and must possess valid NTN/PRN and Active Taxpayer Status.

- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme in the prescribed form and manner.

- Submission: All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-17 up to 11:00 AM.

- Opening: Bids will be opened electronically on 2026-09-17 at 11:30 AM.

- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.

- Mandatory documents: Technical, financial and other documents prescribed in the bidding documents must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Taxes & statutory requirements: The bidder will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, duties, levies and statutory charges in accordance with prevailing government rules.

- Quotation: Bidder shall quote item-wise unit rates strictly in accordance with the BOQ/Bidding Documents.

- Other conditions: Conditional, incomplete, late or non-responsive bids, or bids not accompanied by valid bid security will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage before issuance of the Work Order in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
