Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for supply of a Video Conferencing System allowing Smart LED screen and allied accessories for the PAA Main Conference Hall, JIAP Karachi.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidders must obtain e-bidding documents and participate via EPADS v2.0 (Pakistan e-procurement system). Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit bids.

- E-bidding documents, technical specifications and terms & conditions are available on the EPADS portal. Bidders are responsible to follow the e-bidding process and timelines published on EPADS.

- Original bid security (pay order / bank guarantee as specified in bidding documents) and any required hard-copy documents must be received at the address below before the bid submission deadline.

- Bidders must provide proof of tax registration (Income Tax, GST/NTN) as required. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PAA/PPRA rules.
