How to apply: Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions for the job area.
Deadlines and schedule: Applications for issuance of tender documents must reach CMES (A) Malir office by 2026-09-24. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified contractors on or after 2026-09-20. Completed tenders must be received by 11:30 hrs and will be opened at 12:00 hrs on 2026-10-02 in the office of the accepting officer. If a gazetted holiday is announced by the Government, receipt/opening will occur on the next working day. Contractors may attend the tender opening.
Pre-qualification & documentation: Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government department and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish a certificate and a statement of previous experience detailing works executed during the last two years and works in hand. Contractors should also provide proof of being on approved lists (MES / Housing Directorate / FWO / C&W Department / renowned civil firm), financial statements, details of skilled personnel & equipment/plant, and details of similar works executed/in hand for the last three years.
Right of acceptance: The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with per PPRA rules.
