FBR Hyderabad Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation — Tenders for Stationery, Janitorial & Miscellaneous Services (FY 2026-27)

Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Hyderabad (Government of Pakistan) invites electronic tenders through EPADS for the financial year 2026-27 from reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for immediate supply/services. Tenders cover stationery, janitorial and miscellaneous services, cost of other stores and computer stationery.

Key submission & eligibility details:

- Submission method: Electronic submission only via EPADS (manual/physical submission not allowed). Tender documents and specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS.

- Deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM (bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the Committee Room, 1st Floor, Directorate of Intelligence & Investigation (IR) Hyderabad, Bungalow No.184, Tariq Road, Civil Lines, Hyderabad) via EPADS.

- Earnest money: Bidder must furnish earnest money in the shape of a pay order equivalent to 3% of the estimated value of the total bid value (Gross Total) in favor of Directorate Intelligence & Investigation (Inland Revenue), Hyderabad.

- Required documents: Copy of NTN certificate, Sales Tax Registration Certificate and CNIC of the proprietor must be enclosed.

- Rates: Quotations must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes/duties. Rate to be quoted shall be inclusive of GST and all taxes and shall be valid up to 2027-06-30. Procuring agency may extend the contract period beyond 2027-06-30 until finalization of the next tender.

- Other conditions: Incomplete tenders will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules.
