Issuing Authority: Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub-Division Gujranwala & Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Gujranwala (Tender Ref: IPL-8785).
Purpose: Open e-tendering (single stage single envelope) for construction of streets and drainage schemes in Gujranwala district. Registered engineering firms/contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system may participate.
Important submission details:
- Bid submission method: Online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (EPAD / eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Manual/banking instruments will not be accepted.
- Bid security / bid documents: To be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc. shall not be accepted unless otherwise specified. - Rates quoted in percentage above or below of Estimated/DNIT cost will not be considered non-responsive if quoted otherwise as specified.
- Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids under Clause-35 of PPRA Rules (rejection of bids).
