Supernet Technologies Limited Announces Rights Issue of 91,476,554 Shares at Rs.10 Each

Supernet Technologies Limited has announced a rights issue approved by the Board on 2026-07-15 for 91,476,554 ordinary right shares to be offered to existing shareholders at a ratio of 85 right shares for every 100 existing shares (85%). The rights will be offered at Rs.10 per share and will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares; shareholders will subscribe by paying the issue price to the company.

Record/closure dates and the formal offer letter under the Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020 will be issued in due course. Notice issued by Company Secretary Muhammad Farhan Saeed on 15 July 2026.
