KS&EW Ship Repair Division Invitation to Bid — Order OSR-10384 (Misc. Repair & Maintenance)

Issuer: Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Ltd. (KS&EW), Ship Repair Division.

KS&EW invites sealed Technical and Commercial bids from subcontractors (with experience in marine vessel repair work) registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for ship repair jobs against Order # OSR-10384.

Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms & conditions, submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, opening/evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee, etc., are available from the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW. Price of the bidding documents: Rs.3,000/= (Non-refundable) as per Rule-23(5) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 (as amended).

Submission deadline: Bids (Technical/Commercial) must reach the Ship Repair Division, KS&EW by 2026-10-09 at 11:00 hrs. The Technical proposal will be opened on the same date at 14:00 hrs. The Technical proposal will be scrutinized/evaluated per the technical pre-qualification criteria in the tender documents. Commercial offers will be opened only for technically qualified bidders on the date to be intimated by KS&EW.

KS&EW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Clause-33 of Public Procurement Rules-2004.
