University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (Office of the Executive Engineer, Engineering Construction Department - Projects) invites e-Tenders / Requests for Proposal (RFP No. 03-2026) from consulting firms duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and included in the Prequalified List of the Planning & Development Board, Government of the Punjab (Sector: Infrastructure & Structural Engineering; Sub-Sector: Building) for consultancy services (detailed design, master planning, re-design and resident supervision) for civil works. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with applicable rules.

Key terms & submission details:
- Selection method: Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) as specified in the RFP documents.
- Procurement procedure: Single Stage, Single Envelope. Financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TORs) of the RFP.
- Bid security: A bank instrument (Bank Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt) equal to 2% of the estimated consultancy cost must be submitted in favour of Executive Engineer (ECDD), UAF.
- Proposal submission: Through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals must be submitted on or before 2026-10-01 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Documents: RFP documents can be downloaded from the UAF website and PPRA website (check the RFP for full instructions). Responses will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and related procedures.
Eligibility: Consulting firms must be registered with PEC and listed in the Planning & Development Board (Punjab) prequalified list for the relevant sector/sub-sector for the current financial year.
