| MIS Reporting Analyst / Officer (OG-I / OG-II) | Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and reporting standards. | Minimum 03 years' experience in relevant field (experience with MIS reporting, dashboard design and data analysis preferred). | Design and maintain MIS reports and dashboards; collect, validate and analyze data; prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports; ensure accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of management information; liaise with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. |
| Training Officer (OG-I / OG-II) | Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, HRM or related). Relevant training certifications (e.g., CIPD, ATD) are advantageous. | Minimum 2–3 years' experience in relevant field; experience in designing and delivering technical or MIS training preferred. | Develop and deliver training programs and materials; conduct needs assessments; manage training schedules and records; evaluate training effectiveness; coordinate trainers and training logistics; promote capacity building across teams. |
| Project Support Officer (OG-II) | Bachelor's degree in IT/related discipline from HEC-recognized university. Project management-related certification (PRINCE2/PMI or equivalent) is an advantage. | Experience in project support/coordination roles; familiarity with project documentation, reporting and project lifecycle activities. | Provide project coordination and administrative support; assist in project planning, monitoring, progress tracking and reporting; prepare minutes, maintain records, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders; support implementation and delivery of project tasks. |
