Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). Purpose: NEPRA is seeking written comments on proposed amendments to the Consumer Service Manual (CSM) concerning the multiple supplier arrangement framework and the shifting/switching of a Bulk Power Consumer (BPC) to the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) in the event of a Competitive Supplier (CS) default, and vice versa.
