Tender: Construction of Abshar Shahbaz Chowk – Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh (E-Bids due 2026-09-28)

Issuer: Procurement Office, Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Toba Tek Singh. Online e-bids are invited from engineering firms/contractors for the listed municipal scheme under PPRA and LGW rules.

Eligibility & registration: Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement platform / PPRA e-tendering system. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of CDR as specified below. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA rules.

Application / submission method: E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement / E-PAD system (single-stage, single-envelope e-bidding). All documents, including CDR, must be uploaded on the portal prior to the stated deadlines. Hard copies or late submissions will not be accepted.

Other important notes: The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance security as per rules. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually.
