Ministry of Information & Broadcasting Islamabad — Pre-Qualification for Lot-wise Service Providers (Deadline 2026-09-16)

Issuer: Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Digital Communication Department, Government of Pakistan (Islamabad). The Department invites pre-qualification applications from authorized service providers, workshops, firms and contractors for the financial year 2026-2027 for lot-wise services.

Eligibility and conditions:

- Firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN) and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR.

- Applicants must meet the criteria set out in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Tender documents and fee:

- Tender / pre-qualification documents may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director (Digital Communication Department) on any working day after publication, on submission of a written application.

- Document cost: Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). Bids not accompanied by proof of purchase of the bidding documents (Rs. 2,000) will be disqualified.

Submission and opening:

- Submission deadline: 2026-09-16 by 12:00 PM.

- Bid opening: 2026-09-16 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
