Issuer: Pakistan Mint, Ministry of Finance, Pakistan Mint Lahore. Pakistan Mint invites electronic bids (Single Stage One Envelope) for disposal of auctionable/unserviceable items on an "as is, where is" basis.
Eligibility: Interested firms/companies must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List.
Submission and opening (e-bids only): Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted. Submission deadline: 2026-09-04 at 10:00 AM. Online opening: 2026-09-04 at 10:30 AM. Participating bidders will be notified automatically by EPADS V2.0 of preliminary results; final results will follow as per bidding documents.
Bid security: Prospective bidders must submit sealed bid security in the form of CDR/Banker Cheque/Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, made in favour of the Director General Pakistan Mint Lahore, and submitted before the bid closing time. Bids without original CDR/Banker Cheque/Bank Guarantee, conditional bids, or bids with partial/incomplete documents will be rejected.
Documents and rules: e-Bidding documents are available under the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024 on EPADS V2.0 and contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
