Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
Purpose: NEPRA invites written comments from all stakeholders, interested parties, and the general public on proposed amendments to the Consumer Service Manual (CSM) concerning the multiple supplier arrangement framework and the shifting/switching of a Bulk Power Consumer (BPC) to the Supplier of Last Resort (SOLR) in the event of a Competitive Supplier's (CS) default, and vice versa.
How to respond: Submit written comments within thirty (30) days of the publication of this notice. The proposed amendments are available online at: https://nepra.org.pk/news.php
