National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Unit Head – Cash Management Sales (AVP) to support corporate and investment banking activities in cash management and relationship management.

| Education / Qualification | Minimum graduation (or equivalent) from a recognized local or international university/college/institute. Master’s degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking industry, including at least 4 years in Relationship Management and/or Cash Management services. |
| Skills | Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint. |
| Employment Type | Contractual basis for three years, renewable at management discretion. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank policy/rules. |

Key responsibilities include managing account coverage, driving business development and revenue generation for cash management products, coordinating with internal partners and stakeholders, maintaining customer relationships, meeting assigned KPIs, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and providing regular performance reporting to management.
