The Court of Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi, has issued a proclamation requiring the appearance of the accused Abdur Rehman (Import Manager of M/s. Global International, Office No. 504, 5th Floor, Hussain Centre, New Challi, Karachi) in Case No. 245/2023, FIR No. 12/2023-R&D-WEST, State vs. M.B.S Industry & others, alleging offences under Sections 16, 32(1), 32(A), 26, 79(1), 155M, 192, 209 and 166 of the Customs Act, 1969.
The accused is required to appear before the Court at Block No. 51, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi on 2026-07-13 at 8:30 a.m.. This proclamation was issued by the Court on 2026-06-09.
