DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Tender CE-Const-26-03: Construction of Arcade at Pine Hill (Arcade Phase-V, Block-3)

Bidding documents are available from Tech & Chief Engr Branch, DHAI-R from 2026-07-14 to 2026-07-18 on submission of written request, valid PEC/DHA registration and payment. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-21 at 11:00 hrs. Bids (one original and one copy) must be delivered on 2026-07-27 by 11:00 hrs; opening is scheduled same day at 12:00 hrs. Bid security of Rs 7,115,056 (2% of estimated cost) in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of DHA Islamabad must accompany the bid.
