National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites experienced HR professionals to apply for two senior HR positions on a contractual basis. Selected candidates will be offered a three-year contract, renewable at management discretion. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for panel interviews; TA/DA is not admissible.

Master’s degree and/or HR certifications (e.g., SAP, SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP) preferred. | Minimum of 05 years of HR experience with at least 04 years in Talent Management and/or HR Relationship Management, Career Development, Employee Relations or HR Operations. Experience in banking/large scale organizations preferred. Skills required include career framework design, succession planning, career conversations, stakeholder management, and strong communication. | Karachi |
Key responsibilities include: partnering with business on HR initiatives, developing and implementing career and talent management frameworks, succession planning, driving performance management and learning & development linkages, and implementing HR programs aligned to bank objectives.
