PMDC invites applications on an open-term contract basis for two senior positions: Assistant Vice President (AVP) — ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) and Assistant Vice President (AVP) — HR & Branding. | Assistant Vice President (AVP) — HR & Branding | Master’s degree in HRM or MBA (HR) from an HEC-recognized institution (16 years of education). Additional certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years of post-qualification progressive HR experience in reputable public or private sector organizations with expertise in HR strategy & planning, talent management, employee engagement, compensation & reward, industrial relations and HR operations. | Maximum age up to 45 years by the closing date of application. | Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives; oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policies, digital HR systems, industrial relations, and employer branding. |
