Open Tender Notice 63-65/2026 — Supply & Installation for Clean Room, ACs, Glass/Vinyl & False Ceiling — Islamabad

Head Procurement, Islamabad invites sealed tenders (Single Stage Two Envelope) from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis, registered with Sales Tax Department and having local offices with telephone/fax facilities. Tender documents, terms and specifications can be obtained in writing on company letterhead against the prescribed tender fee and bank draft/pay order in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad.

Important conditions:

- Tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.1021, Islamabad.

- Tender fee in cash will not be accepted. Tender documents will not be issued to firms that have failed to supply stores against previous orders.

- Tender envelopes must be super-scribed with tender number and due date. Late tenders will not be entertained. Tender validity must be at least 60 days from date of opening.

- Cutting/overwriting in tender documents will result in rejection. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against written request and bank draft through mail; the original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender document is one day before the opening date.
