Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO), Disposal Directorate, Peshawar invites electronic bids through ePADS v2.0 for disposal/auction of public assets (vehicles and equipment). Bids must be submitted and uploaded on ePADS by the specified closing date and time.
Bid closing: 2026-09-08 at 10:00 (all lots).
Bid opening: 2026-09-08 at 10:30 (all lots).
Key submission & eligibility notes: Earnest money equals the amount shown against each lot (typically 10% of the reserve price) and must be submitted as specified. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bids shall be submitted electronically via ePADS v2.0; physical deposit of earnest money (Pay Order / Bank Draft) in favour of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account must be delivered to the office of Manager (Disposal), PESCO Headquarters, Peshawar before the closing date/time. Electronic bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. The highest evaluated responsive bid may be accepted subject to approval and applicable PPRA rules.
