CDA Public Auction: Old Miscellaneous Items – Capital Emergency & Fire Services, Islamabad

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Directorate of Emergency and Disaster Management (In-charge Directorate Fire Services, Capital Emergency Services).

Purpose: Public auction of old/miscellaneous items held by Capital Emergency Services, Fire & Emergency Services and Fire Fighting & Security Division, CDA, Islamabad.

Key terms and conditions:

• Only FBR-registered taxpayers with valid tax registration may participate.
• Bidders must submit a pay order / demand draft of Rs. 50,000 as earnest money with the application in favor of Directorate, Emergency Services, CDA, along with copy of CNIC, mobile number and NTN/SNT as applicable.
• The competent authority may cancel the auction under unavoidable circumstances.
• The auction committee will announce the opening/starting bid at the auction.
• The successful bidder must remove purchased items within 15 days of the auction; failure to do so may result in removal at bidder’s risk and cost.
• The successful bidder must immediately deposit 25% of the total bid amount at the time of auction; the balance to be paid within the timeframe specified by the competent authority.
• All applicable taxes and duties (including GST and income tax) will be payable by the successful bidder as per law.

Inspection note: Miscellaneous items can be inspected between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM for three days prior to the auction at the Capital Emergency Services, Fire Fighting & Security Division, CDA, Islamabad.
