FDE Invitation to E-Bid — Renovation of Science Laboratories, Islamabad (Closing 2026-09-14)

Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites electronic bids via EPADS from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for renovation of science laboratories in educational institutions of FDE, Islamabad. Submission through EPADS v2.0 is mandatory; manual submission is not allowed.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Interested firms must submit technical and financial proposals as per the RFP available on EPADS v2.0. Manual submission without EPADS upload will be rejected.

- Firms participating in the tender opening must provide an authority letter or power of attorney on letterhead and a copy of valid CNIC of the authorized representative.

- Bid Security must be a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director (P&D), Federal Directorate of Education, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. A scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS and the original CDR submitted with the technical proposal; bids without original CDR will be rejected during technical evaluation.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of laboratories and to accept or reject any or all bids as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023, and related regulations and guidelines.

- Electronic bidding documents prepared in accordance with EPADS instructions must be submitted by the given deadline. No bids will be accepted after closing time.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of PMU, Office of FEP&PT, Old PMU Building, G-7/1 Islamabad. Clarifications and details are available in the bid document.
