Issuer: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, GIZ Office Islamabad, Pakistan.
Purpose: Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) to establish a framework consultancy for communication services covering photography, videography, video production and graphic design to support GIZ projects in Pakistan (including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan) via a firm operating in Pakistan.
Submission & format: Interested firms should submit EOI documents in a sealed envelope to GIZ Pakistan, Level 02, Serena Business Complex, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad. EOIs should include only relevant information as annexures, a table of contents and clearly indicated page numbers. Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals (RFP). All correspondence, proposals and dealings with GIZ must be in English.

| Turnover | Minimum turnover of PKR 17,000,000 over the last three years. |
| Experience | At least 5 years’ experience providing multimedia services and experience working with a minimum of 3 international organizations. |
Evaluation & notes: Submit a company profile with a table of contents addressing the eight stated requirements. Only firms whose EOIs meet the requirements will be invited to the RFP stage. GIZ reserves the right to reject any or all responses without providing reasons.
