Scope / Services Required	Framework consultancy for communication services: photography, videography, video production and graphic design for GIZ Pakistan projects across provinces (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan) and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Key Eligibility & Documentation Requirements	Firm must not be blacklisted or engaged in litigation against an employer. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates (copies). Registered business in Pakistan (SECP certificate). Registered office address for firm’s place of origin and registered field office in each region (if any): ICT, Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan. Ability to provide staff or field offices and experts across provinces; details to be provided. Minimum turnover: PKR 17 million (last three years). Experience: at least 3 international organizations and minimum 5 years providing multi-media services to government or development sector organisations in Pakistan. Submit a company profile with a table of contents. Address the stated requirements in separate sections and include supporting documentation.
