E-Bid Invitation: Renovation of Science Laboratories in FDE Educational Institutions, Islamabad

Issuer: Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training. Purpose: Invitation to e-bids for renovation of science laboratories in educational institutions under FDE, Islamabad.

Key submission & eligibility instructions:

- All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADs portal (version 2.0). Manual/physical submission without EPADs submission is not allowed.

- Interested firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals as per the RFP/ bidding document available on EPADs and the procuring agency website.

- A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / bid security in the amount specified above, in favor of Director (P&D), Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), from any scheduled bank, must be uploaded with the technical proposal. Original CDR must be submitted with the technical proposal as directed in the bidding documents; without CDR the firm will be rejected during technical evaluation.

- Firms must authorize a representative to attend the tender opening by submitting an authority letter on letterhead with complete address, contact details and CNIC of the representative.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-09-03 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of PMU, M/O FE&PT, Old PMU Building, G-7/1, Islamabad for clarifications.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of laboratories or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules. No bid will be accepted after the closing time.
