Open Tender Notice 63-65/2026 — Supply & Installation Works (Islamabad)

Head Procurement (P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tenders must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and be accompanied by 2% earnest money (in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad). Tender documents are available on written request against the specified bank draft/pay order; issuance and receipt requirements are noted below.

Key conditions:

- Earnest money: 2% of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad.

- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders received after the deadline or without required earnest money/documentation will be rejected. Tender envelopes should be super-scribed with tender number and due date.

- Original bank draft must reach the office one day before the opening date. Tender documents will be issued on written request and against bank draft/pay order; last issuance of tender document is one day before opening.
