The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the renovation/revamping of the Pakistan Horticulture Authority, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) under Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must include the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0; bidders must register on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk to participate. Submit e-bids via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, 2026-07-27 11:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. For queries: Dy.
