Tender: Outsourcing Office Boys, Plumbers, Gardeners, Electrician & Janitorial Staff — NAB (Balochistan), Quetta Cantt

Issuer: National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Balochistan (Shahra-e-Gulistan, Quetta Cantt). NAB invites sealed bids through the EPADs e-procurement system from reputable, experienced companies/firms/business entities registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for outsourcing manpower services for NAB Balochistan complex.

Scope & contract term: Provision of Office Boys, Plumbers, Gardeners, Electrician and Janitorial staff for NAB Balochistan complex at Shahra-e-Gulistan, Quetta Cantt for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms and conditions.

Eligibility & mandatory conditions:

• Registered with FBR and holding valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations with active ATL status.
• Must meet all eligibility criteria and terms in the bidding document.
• Bids to be submitted via EPADs only; non-EPADs submissions will be rejected.

Bid security & performance guarantee:

• Bid security (earnest money) amount to be submitted as specified in the bid document (the advert references Rs. 216,000 as the security amount).
• Bids must remain valid for 90 days.
• For the successful bidder, performance security equal to 10% of the total contract amount will be required in the form of a Bank Guarantee; earnest money will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within a fortnight.

Procedure & other requirements:

• Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under applicable procurement rules.
• Certificate confirming the bidder is not blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Department/Government Organization must accompany the bid.
• Bids will be opened on the same day; advertised opening time is 11:30 AM on the opening date (bidders invited to check EPADs for exact opening schedule).
