Open Tender Notice (63-65/2026) — Supplies for Clean Room, ACs & Glass/False Ceiling Works, Islamabad

Head LAO invites sealed tenders (Tenders #63/2026, 64/2026 & 65/2026) from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR, Islamabad basis registered with Sales Tax Department. Tender documents, terms and specifications are available on written request on firm letterhead along with required bank draft/pay order.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (bank draft/pay order). Cash not accepted. Tender documents issued on receipt of draft/pay order in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad.

- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No.1021, Islamabad.

- Tender validity: minimum 60 days from opening date. Tenders with shorter validity will be rejected.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply ordered stores. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility. Original bank draft must be received in the office ONE DAY before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender document is also ONE DAY before opening date.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.

How to apply/request documents: Submit written request on company letterhead and enclose required bank draft/pay order as above. Tender documents can be dispatched on request against receipt and bank draft through mail/courier.
