Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Bulk Flow and Household Water Meters for PRSWSSP

Issuer: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) on behalf of the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). The project is financed by a World Bank loan (Loan No.: IBRD-92670).

Purpose: Request for Bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of bulk flow meters and household water meters for PRSWSSP. Single-stage, single-envelope bidding process in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-05-21 at 12:00 hrs at PRMSC Conference Room, 5th Floor, KD Plaza, MM Alam Road, Lahore. Virtual attendance option available (online meeting link / Meeting ID and passcode as provided by the employer).

Bid submission: Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2026-09-29 at 12:00 hrs. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on 2026-09-29 at 12:30 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Bid documents: Bidders may download the bidding documents at no cost from the PRMSC website (www.prmsc.punjab.gov.pk/tenders). A soft copy or a free hard copy is also available from the PRMSC Head Office.

Bid security: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of "Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company" as specified in the Bidding Document.

Eligibility & procurement rules: Open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Revised November 2017 & August 2018). Attention is drawn to the Borrower’s disclosure requirements on beneficial ownership.
