Tender: Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Items for PM Sehat Sahulat Program — PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit

Issuer: Office of the Medical Superintendent, PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit (Government of Gilgit Baltistan). Inviting sealed tenders from reputed, experienced, licensed & registered firms, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, pharmacies & service providers for procurement for Financial Year 2026-27.

Pre-bid Meeting: 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Additional Medical Superintendent, PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit.

Eligibility & Key Conditions: Only firms that have purchased the bidding documents are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted on the firm’s original letterhead, duly signed and stamped. A bid security / CDR from a scheduled bank must accompany each bid; offers without required CDR will be rejected. Only registered firms with valid licences and registrations will be considered.

Performance Security: The successful firm will be required to furnish a Performance Security equal to ten percent (10%) of the annual estimated contract value within the prescribed period after issuance of the Letter of Acceptance in the form of CDR.

Procurement Notes: Quotations must be free from overwriting or erasing and will be considered final once the tender opening is completed. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with procurement rules. Treasury challan for the bidding documents can be obtained from the office during duty hours on written request along with the required treasury challan of the tender document fee.

Additional requirement: The successful bidder shall establish and maintain a medicine dispensing facility within PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit or an easily accessible point near the hospital premises.
