Issuer: The Urban Unit (Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit). Procurement Reference: UU/2026-27/02. The Urban Unit invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure for a framework contract to hire vehicle services on a rental basis. Bids must be submitted and processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Key submission date and times: Last date for submission of bids is 2026-09-22 until 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System.
