Open Tender Notice 63-65/2026 — Clean Room Fixtures, Air Conditioners, Glass & False Ceiling (Islamabad)

Head Procurement, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply and installation works on FOR Islamabad basis. Tender documents, terms and specifications are available on request.

Key instructions:

1. Tender documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from Head Procurement on written request on company letterhead along with the original bank draft/pay order for the tender fee in the name of Head LAO (as specified in the tender document).

2. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

3. Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (bid security) of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1021 / as directed in the tender document.

4. Firms which have failed to supply stores against previous orders will not be issued tender documents.

5. Postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility. Envelopes must be super-scribed with the tender number and due date.

6. Tenders received after the specified time/date will not be entertained. Tender validity must be minimum 60 days from the date of opening.

7. Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

8. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.

9. Tender documents can be dispatched on request against bank draft through dak/fax/email. The original bank draft should reach the office one day before opening. Last date to obtain tender documents is one day before opening.
