NAVTTC Invitation to Bid: Engagement of International Certification Bodies for PMYSDP Trainees

National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids from eligible international certification bodies for engagement to provide international certification services for Prime Minister’s Youth Skills Development Program (PMYSDP) trainees in high-demand trades.

Scope & Purpose: NAVTTC seeks accredited international certification bodies to certify graduates/trainees of PMYSDP in recognized trades where international certification is demonstrably relevant and supported by verifiable labor-market demand.

Key requirements for bidders:

• Submit company profile and evidence of relevant international accreditation/certification capability.
• Demonstrate technical experience in certifying vocational trainees internationally.
• Comply with NAVTTC procurement rules and bidding instructions available from NAVTTC.
• Submit bid security as specified (amount stated in bidding documents).
