IESCO Tender Notice – Supply of Insulated Bucket Vehicles, Crane-Mounted Trucks & 5-Ton Forklifter (e-Bids)

Issuing authority: Chief Engineer (Material Management), Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad. IESCO invites e-bids from FBR-registered firms/manufacturers for supply of listed vehicles and equipment on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores (Rawalpindi / Islamabad).

Submission & opening:

- Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). Hard copies/original instruments as required must also be provided per bidding documents.

- Deadline for receipt of tenders: 2026-08-31 up to 10:30 AM. Tender opening: 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, Islamabad.

Key terms:

• Only e-bids are acceptable via the E-PADS portal.
• Tenders will be processed on a "Single Stage Two Envelope" basis.
• Prices must be firm, final and quoted on DDP basis (Pak Rupees) and inclusive of taxes; GST treatment per bidding documents.
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Original bid security (Bid Bond) in the form of Bank Guarantee/CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (rating A-1 or above) in favour of CEO IESCO Islamabad must be submitted before bid closing time.
• IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. Tender notice and documents are available on IESCO and PPRA websites.
