Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Purchases for RIC & NSCC Samli Murree)

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed/online bids under PPRA rules 2014 (amended) for supply contracts for fiscal year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and may obtain bidding documents online. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System and bidders must also furnish refundable bid security.

Key instructions:

- Bid security: fresh CDR / Bank Guarantee @ 2% of the estimated price (refundable) in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Rawalpindi.

- Bidders must submit bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and also upload required documents as per system rules. Bid security must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).

- RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day shall be deemed the date for submission and opening of tenders.
