Tender: Construction of Road from Baiker to Mari Top (PKG-II) — District Dera Bugti

Project Director invites electronic bids for the construction of the road from Baiker to Mari Top (Package-II) in District Dera Bugti under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Firms must be on the Active Tax Payer List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
- Minimum turnover: at least 2,600,000,000 PKR in the preceding three years (as stated).
- The bidding firm must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.
- Joint Venture (if any): maximum 2 partners; each partner must hold at least 30% share and meet eligibility criteria in proportion to their JV share. JV bidders must submit a signed & stamped JV agreement.
- Bid security of 2% of estimated cost must be furnished in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
- Tender processing fee: Rs. 1,000 (account No. 002716) as stated.

The NIT and bidding document can be obtained electronically. The notice references documents available from the electronic procurement portal (EPPS). Bidders must register at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan) before submission.
