Virtual University of Pakistan Tenders via EPADS — Electronics Lab Items & Network Firewalls

The Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed tenders through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from firms registered with Tax Authorities on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (https://epads.gov.pk); bids submitted by any other mode will not be considered.

Bid security (if applicable) in the amount and form specified in the bidding documents and drawn in favor of the Virtual University of Pakistan must be uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS v2.0. The original bid security, along with one hard copy of the sealed bid, must also be submitted physically to the Virtual University of Pakistan at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids submitted without the prescribed bid security will be rejected.

Complete tender documents are available on EPADS v2.0 and on the Virtual University website (https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders). The procurement process will be carried out through EPADS v2.0. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This notice is also available on the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk).
