GMC Teaching Hospital Gujranwala Tenders for Janitorial Services & HVAC Maintenance – Deadline 2026-09-16

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, GMC Teaching Hospital, Gujranwala. Open electronic tenders are invited for the Financial Year 2026-2027 from firms having established credentials in items of technical, financial and managerial capabilities as specified below. - Bidding will be made using the Punjab e-Procurement System (epunjab.gov.pk). Download bidding documents and schedule from PPRA and the e-Procurement portal.

- Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be used (as per PPRA Rules 2014). Technical and Financial offers must be submitted online in accordance with the e-Procurement system rules. Technical offers will be opened first in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified opening time.

- Bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement system in the prescribed manner. No physical financial instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee etc.) will be accepted in lieu of electronic submission.

- The successful bidder(s) will be required to sign the contract and furnish a Performance Guarantee (5% as specified) as per the procurement rules and instructions.
