University of Swabi Tender: Annual Repair & Maintenance Works (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Director Works, University of Swabi. Electronic e-bids are invited from eligible firms/contractors holding valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization codes, registered with KPRA and having active NTN registration for the Annual Repair & Maintenance works for FY 2026-27.

How to apply: Download Bid Solicitation Documents and submit e-bids through the EPADS portal (https://portalkp.eproc.gov.pk) after publication. Bidders must upload a single copy of their bid(s) on EPADS. Scanned copies of Bid Security/Earnest Money (in the shape of CDR or Bank Guarantee) and the Tender Processing Fee (non-refundable) must be uploaded; the original documents must be delivered to the office of the undersigned before the bid closing time.

Fees and deposits: Tender processing fee (non-refundable) Rs. 3,000 to be deposited online/Demand Draft/CDR in Account No. (0323)2044953988 (Ul Swabi Branch). Original bid security and fee must be submitted as specified in the bidding documents.

Additional requirements and conditions: Electronic bidding will be done on an "At par/Above/Below System" on MRS 2025. Only two digits after the decimal point will be considered for evaluation. Bids exceeding 10% below the Engineer's estimate are subject to additional security as per rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under relevant rules.
