TMA Bahrain e-Tender for Fabrication of 1.25–1.5 m3 Mini Tripper/Mini Dumper (EPADS)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Bahrain, District Bar Swat. Tender for fabrication of solid-waste machinery to be procured under e-procurement (EPADS) following KPPRA Rules 2014 (single-stage, two-envelope: technical and financial).

Eligibility: Manufacturers/Fabricators only with NTN, GST, and local facility for sale, service & spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

How to apply: E-bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS. Supplier registration link: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. The quotations must also reach the office of TMA Bahrain by registered courier service on 2026-09-08 up to 02:00 PM. Late or hand-delivered quotations will not be accepted.

Bid opening: Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically accepted/responsive proposals will be opened later and bidders will be informed by email.

Bid security: Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR in the name of "TMO, TMA Bahrain" must be sealed in an envelope and reach the given address before the closing date/time.

Other conditions: All applicable taxes (sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc.) apply. Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. Successful bidder to provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
