The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan, invites bids for provision of certified upskilling programs for Grade-19 officers. Funds have been reserved for this procurement planned for FY 2026-27. The service includes design, delivery and certification of modular, specialized training programs delivered over a period of three years, targeting approximately 500 officers. Eligible bidders are training and educational institutions with demonstrated experience in delivering technical and professional education/training at a national or international scale and with capacity in instructional design, adult learning methodology, faculty deployment and examination/assessment systems.
